Special Event Day

The Community Centre is Holding a FUN DAY this coming weekend 4th June 12pm to 4pm // Aikido demonstration and TRY OUT KENDO / Fire Brigade with engines etc/ Camara club / Basingstoke Football Team with BEAT THE GOALIE

The Centre Fun Day went well with good weather for outdoor activities. The camera club were there and took these photos of youngsters enjoying a mock sword fight with bamboo swords ( shinai )supervised by the Basingstoke Aikido club. There was good support for the wine making group from the centre

First & Third Friday each month 20:00 - 21:30 - Instructor = Derek Eastman
(Friday sessions are dedicated Weaponry classes.)

The centre is home to the Basingstoke Aikido Club - Teaching regular Aikido classes for both men and women - Aikido a Japanese style of self-defence.
